Salesperson and Broker Renewal Requirements

  • Law Update - Mandatory...........8 hrs
  • Ethics - Mandatory......................4 hrs
  • Electives.....................................24 hrs

24 Hours may be taken through Home Study

ILLINOIS

Continuing Education Requirements = 6 hours per year
Brokers renewal deadline:
April 30, 2012		 Managing Broker renewal deadline:
April 30, 2013
For Brokers

  • Core Course Curriculum.........3 hour credit per year

  • Elective Curriculum..................3 hour credit per year

In addition Managing Brokers are required to take the 12-hour Broker Management Course
