some of the best online home study continuing education courses through the internet.
If you
cannot finish it in one sitting, it will remember where you left off and allow
you to come back to that point at any time. All final exams must be taken during one sitting. Remember you have 6 months to
complete the course and pass the final exam from the date it was purchased. For Iowa: A maximum of 24 hours during a renewal period may be taken by home
study for real estate.

FOR IA COURSES: All home study courses require a final examination. A passing score
of 90% is required to receive credit for a course. There is no limit to the number of times a final exam may be taken to achieve a passing
