It is easy to use and does not require extensive prior experience with computers.  The Online   60-hr Iowa Real Estate Salesperson Pre-license Course is made up of National Material and Iowa Real Estate Law Material.  The course covers the following unit lessons:

To successfully complete the IOWA Real Estate Principles Online Course, you must:

  1. Click through every screen of each unit lesson. 

  2. Answer each unit question correctly. (It will not allow you to move on until you correctly answer) 

  3. Score at least 90% on each lesson/unit exam.

  4. Score at least 75% on the final exam.

You may take each unit exam or final exam as many times as necessary to complete the course achieving the above scores.
