Iowa & Illinois Salesperson Pre-license Course
|
The 60-Hour Iowa Pre-License Course is approved by the Iowa Real Estate
Commission and the
45-Hour Illinois Pre-License Course is approved by the
Office of Banks and Real Estate. They
are a comprehensive study of all required aspects of the real estate industry.
Instruction is focused on helping the student succeed in passing the Real
Estate Licensing Examination.
100% attendance is required for classroom course.
