Karen
Cruzen has held an Iowa & Illinois Brokers real estate license since 1996, and
has sold real estate since 1991. Karen's main background has always been
in education and prior to real estate, in nursing. Having been an
Associate Professor and Academic Dean for a couple of local colleges, Karen
knows how to put together and instruct a course. Having successfully
managed a large real estate office for several years and trained hundreds a real
estate agents, Karen brings real life examples into her classes.
Some of Karen's qualifications and achievements are she holds a Masters of
Science in Professional Management and is a PhD candidate. She is a
Certified Real Estate Instructor teaching continuing education and pre-license
for both Illinois and Iowa. One of Karen's most recent accomplishments is
becoming a published author regarding a book she wrote and doing seminars and
consulting for several companies.
Karen also has served as President and Director of the local real estate
association, and as an Instructor of Business Programs at a Community College.

Karen Ott has actively sold
real estate since 1987, and brings those real life examples and experiences
into the classroom when she teaches. Having been a teacher in the
Davenport Community School District, and an owner of two businesses combined
with several years of successfully selling real estate, Karen brings an
up-beat energizing learning atmosphere to her classes.
Some of Karen's qualifications and achievements are she currently holds an
Iowa & Illinois Broker's Real Estate License, received the 1996 REALTOR®
of the Year Award for the Iowa Chapter of Certified Residential Specialists,
Vice-President of Iowa Association of REALTORS® 1996-1998,
President of Iowa Chapter of Certified Residential Specialists - 1996,
Speaker at RE/MAX International Convention, and Speaker at Iowa Association
of REALTORS® Annual
Convention.
With ABR, CRS, C-CREC, ePRO, GRI, and RECS behind her name, Karen adds real
life examples through experience when it comes to real estate education. |
