Each lesson is an interactive tutorial containing modules of information
asking you questions about what you have read. The interactive learning
process monitors your progress and provides feedback as needed to help you
learn the material easily. The lessons are designed so you can work at your
own pace. It is easy to use and does not require extensive prior experience
with computers. The Online 45-hr Illinois Real Estate
Salesperson Pre-license

To successfully complete the ILLINOIS
Real Estate Principles Online Course, you must: |

Click through every screen
of each unit lesson.

Answer each unit question
correctly. (It will not allow you to move on until you correctly
answer)

Score at least 90% on each
lesson/unit exam. You may take these exams as many times as
necessary to pass.

Once the online course is
completed, student should then call the real estate school to arrange
the final exam for the course. Illinois requires this final exam to be
proctored. ( A score of at least 75% is required on the final exam to
complete the course and receive a completion certificate)
