System Requirements: REcampus.com courses run on Windows-based PCs. Browser requirements include Netscape Navigator 4.0 or greater, and Internet Explorer 4.0 or greater.

What if I need help during the course?
Depending on the challenge, you have two customer support alternatives, one for CONTENT questions and one for TECHNICAL questions.

    • Technical Questions:
If you're having trouble getting your course to run, graphics don't appear, your computer crashes while running the course, or other system-type problems, call our Technical Support Hotline at 1-888-213-5124.

Does my state require me to sign a statement to get CE credit for this course?
In Iowa & Illinois you must submit a statement verifying that you have personally completed your online course. This statement must be signed and dated by you. To access this form, click on the button marked "Affidavit" on the Online Courses page, or click on Student Verification Form  to access and print your form now.  You should print the form, fill it out, sign and date it, and send it to your school.

What are the content differences between an online course and a book-based correspondence course with the same title?
Online course content mirrors exactly what you would find in our print correspondence courses, and then some. Each course may include additional examples, more detailed coverage of certain topics, and extra questions to help you learn more effectively. The online courses also include a glossary. Like the books used in home study, our online courses are divided into several individual lessons, each containing a set of up-front learning objectives as well as end-of-lesson reviews.

Once I register for the course online, can I start it immediately?
Yes. The online enrollment process includes credit card verification. In under a minute, you will be approved to start your desired online course(s). We will send you an e-mail confirmation for your records, but you may begin the course at any time, including immediately following registration.

Does my enrollment expire after a certain period of time?
You will be able to start the online course at any time.  Remember you have 6 months to complete the course and quizzes, plus pass the final examination.

Must I complete the course in one sitting, or can I log off and come back to it later?
Our online courses "remember" where you left off, so you can return to that section at a later time. Even if you get disconnected from your online service (e.g., you step away from your computer for an extended period of time), the online course will be book marked for your return. The next time you enter your course you will return to the lesson you were most recently working on.

Is there a final exam?
Yes.  It works like this: After completing all of the lessons in your online course, you will be presented with an online exam. When you finish the exam (which must be taken in one sitting), your score will automatically be calculated. You will be informed of your score, and your performance history will be sent to your school.

If I don't pass the final exam on the first try, can I take it again? If so, is there an additional charge to take the test more than once?
If you do not pass the final exam on the first try, you may take it again at no additional charge. You must pass it to get credit for the course.

How do I obtain CE credit for completing the course?
Your school will provide you with a certificate for your files.

Is my credit card transaction/sale secure?
Yes. We use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) to encrypt all of your personal information, including credit card number, name and address, so that this information cannot be read as it travels the Internet.

What is your refund policy for online products?
Continuing Education Online course refunds will be applied only if the student has not completed more than one lesson following the tutorial. This policy is valid for 6 months after the original date of purchase and must be completed within those 6 months for certification.
