Iowa Salesperson Pre-License Course Classroom Schedule
Iowa's 96-Hour Iowa Pre-License requirement consists of the 60 hour course plus the three 12-Hour courses, Listing Practices, Buying Practices, and Developing Professionalism. The Iowa State exam can be taken after the successful completion of the 60-Hour course which consists of the classroom hours and a course exam. The three 12-Hour courses must be completed prior to applying for your initial license.
Illinois' 90-Hour Pre-License requirement consists of the 75-Hour course plus the 15-Hour Interactive course. The Illinois State exam can be taken after the successful completion of the entire 90-Hours of classroom hours and a course exam.
100% attendance is required for classroom course. Attendance in class is mandatory. You cannot miss any hours of any education course.
